General Nursing and Midwifery, 3 years, from 2015–16.

Age 17 to 3510+2 with 40%Apply before 31 July

Minimum age 17 years and maximum age 35 years at admission.
10+2 or equivalent, preferably with science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), with an aggregate of 40% marks.Candidates who have cleared the 10+2 vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from a school recognised by the Indian Nursing Council are also eligible.
Admission is once a year.
Candidates must be medically fit.
The prospectus and application form can be obtained by sending Rs 500 in favour of Chirayu College of Nursing.
The completed application form with all enclosures must reach the college before 31 July every year.

Caste certificate, if SC / ST / OBC
Two extra passport-size photographs
Photocopies of the qualifying exam marksheet and a certificate showing date of birth
Transfer and migration certificates, if you passed the qualifying exam outside Madhya Pradesh

4-year undergraduate degree.

Minimum age 17PCB + English, 50%

Minimum age 17 years on or before 31 December of the year of admission.
Passed one of: Higher Secondary School Certificate (12-year course), Senior School Certificate (10+2), pre-degree (10+2), or an equivalent 12 years of schooling from a recognised board or university.With Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, and a minimum 50% aggregate in these subjects (PCBE).
Candidates must be medically fit.

2-year degree for GNM-qualified nurses.

10+2 or equivalentGNM + RNRM

Passed Higher Secondary, Senior Secondary, Intermediate, 10+2 or an equivalent exam recognised by the university. Those who did 10+1 in or before 1986 are also eligible.
Hold a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and be registered as RNRM with the State Nurses Registration Council.A male nurse trained before the new integrated course, besides being registered as a nurse, must show INC-approved training of similar duration, in place of midwifery, in any one of these areas:
- OT techniques
- Ophthalmic nursing
- Leprosy nursing
- TB nursing
- Psychiatric nursing
- Neurological and neurosurgical nursing
- Community health nursing
- Cancer nursing
- Orthopaedic nursing
Candidates must be medically fit.
Admission is once a year.

2-year postgraduate degree.

55% in graduation1 year work experience5% relaxation for SC / ST

Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife, or equivalent, with any State Nursing Registration Council.
Passed B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc (Hons) Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum 55% aggregate.
The graduation must be from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
At least one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc Nursing, or at least one year before or after Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
Candidates must be medically fit.
A 5% relaxation of marks may be given to SC / ST candidates.
