The conference opened with a welcome dance by B.Sc. Nursing students, followed by the Lighting of the Lamp by Dr. Ajay Goenka, Dr. Sudesh Kumar Sohani, Dr. Narendra K. Lariya, Dr. Ashutosh Mangalgiri and Dr. Pramilaa R. The conference theme was unfolded by Dr. Pramilaa R., Principal, highlighting the shift from compliance-based to competency-based nursing education.

"Advocacy for Stronger Regulatory Policies to Elevate the Academic Standing of Nursing Faculty" — on faculty qualifications, research promotion and career advancement.
Closing remarks from the Vice-Chancellor and President, followed by the Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Nisha Divakaran, marking the successful conclusion of the conference at 5:00 PM.
